Tell me what happens when you turn the key, lift the handle, close the door or operate the window.
02Where are you?
A town or postcode helps me judge travel and availability before arranging the visit.
03Send useful photos
One photo of the whole door or window and one or two closer photos of the lock, handle or mechanism are usually ideal.
