A customer in Kingston upon Thames wanted the glazed panel containing a cat flap removed and replaced with the original glazing unit they had kept in storage.
I removed the cat-flap glazing and refitted the stored original unit.
Around 15 minutes later, the glazing was back in place.
I also adjusted the door before finishing the job.
