A landlord in Hayes got in touch about an internal sliding door that was giving his tenants repeated problems.
This was my second visit for the same issue.
On the first visit I had managed to get the original sliding system working again without replacing any parts, although I warned the landlord that the hardware was approaching the end of its useful life.
That repair lasted well over a year, so it earned its keep.

I do not carry interior sliding-door kits in normal van stock because there are too many different shapes, sizes and configurations for that to be practical.
I measured the existing setup, ordered the correct replacement kit and returned the following day to fit it.
After a few final adjustments, the sliding door was running more smoothly than it had before.
