Close friends in Ashford had recently bought their first home and asked me to help with a new bathroom door and privacy lock.
Deciding exactly which door and lock they wanted took longer than the installation itself. Fortunately, they lived close by, so the extra measuring, checking and back-and-forth was not much of a problem.
Once the choices were finally made, I fitted the new bathroom door and installed the privacy lock and furniture.
Because it was for friends and I wanted the finish right, I probably spent around twice as long on the job as I normally would have.
The finished door and lock came out nicely and gave the bathroom the privacy function they wanted.
