A former customer in Ashford got in touch after taking over a new commercial unit. The windows were fitted with security grilles, but nobody had supplied keys for any of the grille locks.
I visited first to inspect the setup and work out the most practical way of restoring proper access. Rather than leaving the customer with a different key for every grille, I quoted to replace the locks and have them keyed alike.
Once the quote was approved, I ordered the required parts and arranged the installation for a time that suited the business.
The complete job took close to three hours. All of the grille locks were replaced and set up to work with the same key, making them much easier for the customer to manage.
The work was completed without disrupting the normal operation of the business.
