A local customer in Ashford was refurbishing a premises and found specialist locks fitted to four window grilles, but there were no keys available for them.
These are not common locks and they are relatively expensive, so they are not something I keep in normal van stock.
I identified the correct replacements and ordered a keyed-alike set, as requested by the customer, so the same key could operate all four locks.
Each replacement lock was supplied with two keys.
Once the new locks arrived, I returned, replaced all four units and handed the keys over to the customer.
A nice local job, and the refurbished premises now had usable window-grille locks again.
